• Only part of the service was completed.
• Client had to cut the session short due to a personal emergency.
• A specific part of the service did not meet expectations.

• Booking ID or Invoice Number
• Date and type of service
• Reason for refund
• Supporting images or documentation (if available)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.
